Joomla htaccess – Error 500 bei aktiven SEF URLs mit mod_rewrite Nutzung

Heute erlebte ich ein Problem mit der Aktivierung von suchmaschinenfreundlichen URLs durch Nutzung von mod_rewrite bei einer Joomla Installation. Nach der Aktivierung gab der 1und1 Server mir einen “Error 500 – Internal server error” zurück. Er schrieb mir “Ein interner Fehler ist aufgetreten!” und er meinte “Bitte versuchen Sie es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt.”.

Die Lösung ist recht simpel. Ansich ist die Standard .htaccess Datei richtig, es ist nur ein Befehl ausgeklammert der bei mir verantwortlich für diesen Fehler war

# RewriteBase /

diesen Befehl einfach umändern in

RewriteBase /

oder wenn deine Joomla Installation sich in einem Unterordner befindet, einfach noch den entsprechenden Unterordnernamen anhängen

# RewriteBase /UNTERORDNER-NAME

Zuletzt habe ich noch alles in PHP5 parsen lassen, einfach folgendes in die .htaccess Datei eintragen

AddType x-mapp-php5 .php
AddHandler x-mapp-php5 .php

Und so sieht dann, zumindest meine, komplette .htaccess Datei aus:

AddType x-mapp-php5 .php
AddHandler x-mapp-php5 .php
